Never EVER take those words lightly. If you really love your girl then you must pick a time and a place where it will make the most impact. You can’t say those words on the first, second or third date. You may say them only when you’re completely sure you actually love her. Failure to do so will make them take you lightly.
These are magical words – “I Love You”. Say them wisely. If you fail to make any impact in your first attempt then you have very little chance of carrying on further in your relationship. There is a saying “First impression is the last impression”.
