Very few people will be using their services because of the scam admitted by the company. Things like that really destroy the company reputation. Like greensmyle said, it's a lesson for all the internet companies who without the consent of the user charge their card.

This is a lesson for all Internet companies who though that they could get away with scheming people (not scamming for clarification) and forcing them to be billed without given consent by customers. It may take enormous effort by any individual to launch such action but it may prove to be worth the time and effort. So save all your transaction records, email conversations , online receipts and other such digital documentations as they can be easily printed out just in case the need for such may arise in the future. (hopefully not)

Any company that has to charge people after they cancel basically is admitting their service or product isn't good enough to stand on its own. I'd never use their dating site for this reason.
